Louis-Raymond is the Managing Attorney of Cabinet Gomes. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate matters in Africa. He regularly advises clients on all aspects of their projects, including transactional, commercial and regulatory activities.

Louis-Raymond honed his skills in the United States practicing bankruptcy, corporate law and international franchise law, and later in Morocco where he practiced primarily on M&A matters in Africa.
