Alvard is a lawyer at Cabinet Gomes and is registered with the Congolese Bar Association. His practice focuses on labor law, law of obligations, contract law, corporate law, mining law, hydrocarbon law and commercial law.

Alvard is well versed in national, OHADA and CEMAC law and has particular expertise in the area of commercial leases. He assists both local and international clients in their application for and obtaining of various approvals and authorizations for the exercise of their activities in Congo.

In the exercise of his role, he actively participates in the drafting of court documents (petitions, pleadings before all courts) and intervenes in the defense, assistance and representation of clients in courts and tribunals during hearings.
